TradeTradeLedge provides free browser tools for trim planning and job arithmetic. Use them to organize your own measurements and assumptions. You remain responsible for checking the inputs, physical feasibility, supplier availability, price and customer document before using the result.
Planning scope
The planner handles confirmed finished blanks on straight stock. It does not inspect material defects or equipment, determine angles or joinery, provide structural designs, or silently splice an oversized piece. Its bounded heuristic can miss a better arrangement. An unplaced piece means the plan is incomplete.
The conservative kerf model includes one kerf per extracted piece, including the last, and the entered allowance at both ends. Check that these allowances reflect how you plan to prepare the stock.
Pricing and tax
Entered supplier prices and labor rates are your assumptions. Planned profit covers only included costs and is not guaranteed income or whole-business net profit. You select the currency; the site does not provide currency conversion.
Tax is optional and entered manually using a tax-exclusive amount. The tool does not determine where tax applies or provide tax, accounting, contract or legal advice. Review the applicable rules independently and check the final quote with the customer.
Local records and exports
Keep backups of local jobs. Device-only saves may be cleared or unavailable, and there is no server copy to recover. Review the customer quote, workshop document and backup separately before sharing; they contain different information.
Availability and feedback
The site and its hosting can change or become unavailable. Keep the files you need for active work. Operator identity and a public contact method are pending; see contact status.
