TradeTradeLedge's job calculations, local saves, backup import and document generation run in your browser. The application does not send your job, customer details, cost rates, notes or actuals to an application server. There is no visitor account or cloud synchronization.
Device-only storage
Local browser storage holds your saved jobs and preferences. Other people using the same browser profile may be able to see them. Private browsing, clearing site data, browser policies, device failure or storage limits can remove or prevent saves. Read the save status and download backups regularly.
To remove local records, delete jobs in the workspace or clear this site's browser storage. Clearing storage also removes saved jobs and preferences. TradeLedge cannot recover a deleted local job from a server.
Files you create
A full JSON backup includes private job and customer data. Workshop documents can include supplier and material information. A customer quote exports customer-facing scope, identities, dates, sell prices and totals; it excludes internal cost rates, supplier prices, margins, actuals and private notes.
Downloaded files remain on your device until you move or delete them. Your browser, operating system, print service or cloud-synced downloads folder may handle those files under its own settings. Review each file and its destination before sharing it.
Website delivery and external links
Loading the website sends ordinary requests to its hosting provider. Hosting and security systems may process IP address, requested path, browser information, timestamps and related operational logs. Local project processing does not mean the hosting service receives no visit information.
Source links take you to other websites when you choose to open them. Their privacy practices apply there. Do not put customer information into page URLs or send full backups when reporting a problem.
Advertising status
Advertising is disabled in this release. TradeLedge does not load application analytics, advertising or session replay scripts. Advertising can be introduced only after publisher configuration, approval, applicable consent controls and a verified privacy boundary are ready, with this notice updated to match actual behavior.
Separate paths on the same origin do not isolate browser storage: a script on a public page could read same-origin saved jobs. Advertising must remain disabled until the workspace has a verified separate origin or equivalent enforceable isolation. Private workspace and document surfaces must stay free of third-party advertising scripts.

The operator's public identity and privacy contact are pending. No contact submission is collected by this site. See the contact page for the current status. These details must be finalized before a public production launch.
On ChatGPT Sites, the host records traffic statistics such as page views and unique visits. Its Cloudflare security layer can set a bot-management cookie (__cf_bm) and inject a browser security challenge. This release blocks injected inline scripts with a self-only content policy; hosting requests and security cookies still occur. Project records and customer fields are processed locally and the application does not send them with those requests.
