Preparing an issue report
When a contact method is available, a useful calculation report includes the tool name, units, a small synthetic set of piece and stock lengths, the result you expected and the result shown. For a browser issue, include browser version, device type and the action that failed.
Remove customer names, addresses, private notes and commercial rates. A full backup contains private data; do not share one merely to explain a bug. A short made-up example is usually enough to reproduce the calculation.
Useful checks now
Confirm the units, finished-length convention, material/profile group, available stock count and kerf/end allowances. Check the save status before closing a job and keep a local backup.
